phillip thompson

Mr. Phillip E. Thompson is a graduate of the Washington University School of Law and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.  He is a practicing attorney who specializes in Native American, economic development, government relations, civil rights, and discrimination law.  He is the former President of the Loudoun County, Virginia NAACP and has served on the Executive Board of the Virginia State and the American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia. He owns Diverse Engagement, LLC, a company specializing in political and government consulting and serves as Executive Director of the National Black Nonpartisan Redistricting Organization (NBNRO) which works to enhance African American and minority input into redistricting efforts nationwide.
